Our Promise to you

All Aud pieces are made with care and attention by Audrey at 7 Cill Cais, Old Bawn, Tallaght, Dublin 24. We want you to love and treasure your Aud piece forever.

Changed your mind? Not really your style? That’s ok!

In the event that you would like to return your Aud piece we offer a 30 day returns and exchange policy once the piece is returned in perfect condition with proof of purchase. 

All bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Something not right?

In the unlikely event that your piece is faulty we offer a 90 day returns and exchange policy. After 90 days we offer a reasonably priced repair service.

Ring Sizing

Ordered the wrong size? No problem, you can exchange your ring for a different size within 30 days. 

Returning your piece

Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. We kindly ask that you get in touch with your local postal service to arrange a return delivery.

Once we receive the piece and it complies with our exchange and returns policy, we will refund you the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. 

Breaches

Aud Design reserve the right to refuse refund if there is a breach to the exchange and returns policy. Any pieces that have been tampered with by a Third Party breaches our exchange and returns policy.
